We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Koz on State.

Pet Policy

• No more than two pets per apartment (breed restrictions apply)
• Weight limit of 25 lbs per pet
• Additional pet security deposit of $500 for the first pet and $300 for the second pet will be due at move-in
• $25/month pet rent
